This ab workout circuit is great for toning and targeting a full range of all your ab muscles. The leg motions will help define the “V” or “sex lines” that so many people work hard for. The weighted sit-ups will target the upper abs, and the side to side motions will target your obliques and serratus muscles. This circuit done till burnout 2 or 3 times a week coupled with other training is sure to keep your mid section toned. It’s not meant to build muscle mass which makes it perfect for women. If you are a guy looking to bulk I would come up with a more weighted variation of this circuit, lower reps higher weight.
